DENTAL INSURANCE

We accept most major private insurance plans. We encourage you to become familiar with your current insurance plan and its allowable benefits. Feeling overwhelmed? We will do our best to assist you in determining which portion of treatment is covered by your insurance. Upon your first visit, please bring your insurance information so we can help ensure that you receive the maximum allowable benefits offered under your plan. Pre-authorization forms can be sent out. PAYMENT OPTIONS

For that portion of service not covered by insurance, we offer a variety of payment arrangements. We accept Cash, Check, Visa, Master Card, American Express as well as Visa/MasterCard sponsored Flex Spending Accounts.  We also are affiliated with Care Credit which provides no or low interest payment plans for those who qualify.

LODI PEDIATRIC DISCOUNT PLAN

For patients without insurance, we offer a discount plan at a reduced price. There is a $150 sign up fee for the first child, and $50 fee for each additional child. This plan offers a flat fee of $170 for each check-up appointment, which includes exam, cleaning and fluoride twice a year. Diagnostic x-rays are at no additional cost.
